The following was written through the eyes of a child named John Fundyga. It was 1965 when John entered the second grade at Spring and Moss Elementary School in Reading, PA. Mrs. Walker's assignment that fall… "What I Did This Summer". John chose to write in detail of his experience on the Keystone Kops dark ride while on vacation in Wildwood that past summer, in a piece he entitled "The Fun Ride". It's a short but sweet look back at John's childhood and in a sense our own. I know it made me smile ear to ear and I felt it should be shared. Thank you John for sending it.
